My mom has been here a little less than a month and all I can say is THANK YOU! She has been treated with such respect and care! Amanda and Denise were beyond helpful when there was an insurance incident, taking the time to talk with me on the phone with insurance and walking me through what needed to happen. I seriously cannot thank them enough!!!

I have loved my experience here! The food is amazing, my favorite is the BBQ beef. The cooks are amazing. Scott always makes a great breakfast. My blood sugars have stayed stable my entire stay due to the kitchens attention to my diet. Raylee has even brought me hand written notes on my diet and how I can follow it once I go home. I love group exercise! Casie and Kaitlynn always make sure im included and encourage me. Therapy does a great job. Dan in social services is also very attentive and let’s me talk his ear off. I recommend this place to everyone! It’s clean, fun , and healing!!

Nurse Connie was great, Jake, Keaton and Alex are always upbeat, helpful, attentive and made me feel welcome. During the night Bente was really helpful, especially on my really tough nights. Kaitlyn in PT is encouraging and positively upbeat during every session. She would push but not past my ability. Overall everyone is friendly and professional.

Heard they had a first rate physical therapy team and they did not disappoint. But I found much more than.i found south creek full of caring hard working people..from day one I felt safe secure and cared for . I had so so many positive interactions with the staff. I am forever grateful for them. Starting with the backbone of the team,the cna’s. Alia is a hardworking lady that worked diligently to care for me and others in her charge. I. The time went fast, the entire staff went above and beyond for me, made my stay as pleasant as possible, helped me in every way with my recovery, The nurses. CNAs, PT, OCC therapy speech therapist, fantastic, kind and polite, i want to name everyone, but i cannot.. just some are Danielle, Connie ,Gregory, Alivia, Brittany, Jake Alex,Keaton ,Michelle Maria Nancy,Melissa,Jenny,Ken, Edward,Michael, Rob, Pablo, if you look at my chart from day one the nurses and CNAs we exceptional, I will refer this place, the entire staff even housekeeping are so nice and polite, I recommend this place for your rehab care..I would return here. If I had to, rather than another rehab acute. Kevin Dias… I almost forgot, Christian..the nurses and CNAs always made me feel welcome, from the beginning, the entire staff. Social workers and beyond were very accommodating to me and im grateful 🙏 I definitely thank everyone, I highly recommend this facility. The people here at South Creek like Casie Dodd are so kind and friendly. They have an amazing therapy team. They have lots of fun activities to do everyday. They have nice rooms.

This is a nice place with nice people. Casie is great at helping me get to and from therapy and with my meals. The nursing staff is great. Lots of activities to do.

The care has been great. Alec Edward Kaitlyn have been great. They are great helping with the exercises and helping me get stronger and walk.
